We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive franchise expansion and business growth across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert franchise sales leads across Rajasthan.
• Identify potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners for franchise opportunities.
• Conduct field visits, business meetings, and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, consultants, and local business associations.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local lead generation activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and competitor activities.
• Support franchise onboarding and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.



Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Franchise Sales, Real Estate, Banking, FMCG, Retail, or similar industries.
• Experience in franchise sales will be an added advantage. Required Skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Rajasthan.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Familiar with Rajasthan's business ecosystem and major cities.
• Existing network with business owners and investors is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
• Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
