Chennai / Coimbatore / Pune / Bangalore Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer with strong Python engineering skills and hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI agents using GenAI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent solutions using the Agentic AI suite.
• Build and apply agent harnessing concepts to orchestrate, control, and monitor agent behavior.
• Develop scalable, production-grade backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Integrate GenAI models and AI agents with enterprise systems, data sources, and tools.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI agents in production environments.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including clean code, testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with architects, data teams, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI technologies.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with the Agentic AI suite.
• Hands-on experience in AI agent development, deployment, and agent harnessing.
• Experience building scalable and production-grade systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI.
• Strong software engineering and Agile methodology experience.
• Working knowledge of Machine Learning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience with GCP Cloud Platform.
