Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop engaging eLearning solutions for healthcare and pharmaceutical audiences.
• Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles to create effective learning interventions.
• Develop interactive SCORM-compliant courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
• Create storyboards, learning journeys, assessments, branching scenarios, simulations, and microlearning assets.
• Collaborate with medical writers, SMEs, project managers, and internal stakeholders to translate content into impactful learning experiences.
• Ensure learning content meets pedagogical, technical, branding, and LMS requirements.




• Review and update existing courses and learning assets based on evolving learner and business needs.
• Participate in quality assurance and testing to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and quality standards. Essential Skills Instructional Design & Learning
• Robust understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Backward Design, etc.).
• Sound knowledge of adult learning principles and learner engagement strategies.
• Ability to design outcome-based learning experiences and assessments as a storybaord
• Experience converting complex content into interactive, learner-friendly formats. eLearning Development

• Microsoft PowerPoint
· Strong understanding of:
• SCORM 1.2 / SCORM 2004
