Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Referral Marketing Skilled based at Vitalis Superspeciality Children Hospital’s Seemapuri location. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with pediatricians, general practitioners, clinics, and other healthcare providers to drive patient referrals to the hospital. The professional will conduct regular outreach visits, organize referral engagement activities, and communicate hospital services, updates, and clinical strengths in a clear and professional manner. Daily tasks include tracking referral patterns, maintaining accurate records in referral databases or CRM tools, preparing reports,



and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth experience for referred patients and their families. The role also includes supporting local marketing initiatives, gathering feedback from referral partners, and contributing to continuous improvement of referral processes. Qualifications
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to explain hospital services clearly and represent the organization professionally.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, referral management, or business development, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Ability to plan and execute field outreach activities, manage time effectively, and work independently while meeting defined targets.
• Comfort with basic data tracking, reporting, and use of CRM or spreadsheet tools to monitor referral trends and outcomes.
• Understanding of pediatric or hospital workflows and sensitivity to patient and family needs in a clinical environment.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of specific majors.
• Proficiency in English and local languages used in Delhi NCR, with the ability to communicate with diverse communities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Seemapuri, conduct regular field visits, and occasionally support events or activities outside standard hours.
