Role Description This is a hybrid internship role based in Mumbai, with a mix of in office work and flexible work-from-home options. The Digital Marketing Intern will support day-to-day online marketing activities, including planning and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, assisting with podcast promotion, and helping grow the #bagpackerme community. The intern will analyze basic web and social media metrics,



conduct market and audience research, and contribute ideas to enhance the brand’s digital presence and campaign performance. Qualifications
• Strong foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with an interest in building brand presence and engagement.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and Web Analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for content creation and community interaction.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with team members in Mumbai and remotely.
• Creativity, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts.
• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
