Through SPC Centers and at-home services, the company provides preventive and routine veterinary care, professional grooming, diagnostics, and health checkups at the clinic and directly at the pet’s doorstep. Shvan Pet Care also leverages digital tools for booking, medical records, and care management, helping pet parents stay organized and informed. In addition, the company is developing a dedicated pet e-commerce platform to make essential pet products more convenient to access. The long-term vision is a proactive, personalized care system that understands each pet’s needs and connects pet parents to the right service at the right time. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Veterinarian role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Veterinarian will provide preventive, routine, and advanced medical care to companion animals, including physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care. Daily responsibilities include performing vaccinations, minor procedures, and basic surgeries, prescribing medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves educating pet parents on nutrition, preventive healthcare, and overall well-being, while collaborating closely with grooming, diagnostics, and support teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care.



The Veterinarian will contribute to care protocols, uphold clinical standards, and support Shvan Pet Care’s mission of making pet care affordable, accessible, and personalized. Qualifications
• Recognized veterinary degree (e.g., BVSc & AH) and valid registration/license to practice veterinary medicine in India.
• Clinical proficiency in small animal medicine, including physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and routine surgeries.
• Experience with preventive care programs, vaccinations, parasite control, and wellness checkups for companion animals.
• Ability to interpret diagnostic tests (laboratory work, imaging where applicable) and integrate findings into treatment decisions.
• Strong communication and client education skills to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and home-care instructions clearly and empathetically.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical setting, with sound judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to animal welfare.
• Collaborative approach to working with veterinary nurses, groomers, support staff, and management teams.
• Basic digital literacy for using practice management systems, electronic medical records, and technology-enabled care tools.
• Prior experience in small animal practice or pet clinics is preferred; new graduates with robust fundamentals and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and maintain flexible schedules aligned with clinic
