Job SummaryThe Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations and ensure the smooth execution of CCTV, networking, access control, and ELV installation projects in accordance with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure proper execution of installation work.
• Coordinate technicians, manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the project site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, material usage records, and work completion updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other site personnel to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Identify site-related issues, delays,



and material requirements and report them promptly to the reporting manager.
• Assist in site inspections, testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and project handover.
• Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of company materials, tools, and equipment. Qualifications and Skills
• Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or a related technical field preferred.
• Experience in site supervision, CCTV, networking, access control, or ELV projects is desirable.
• Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site teams, maintain documentation, and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
