About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Research Analyst with at least 6+ months of relevant experience in B2B CDQA (Contact Data Quality Assurance). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B data research, contact verification, data validation, and maintaining the accuracy and quality of business contact databases. Key: This is a B2B Research / CDQA role, NOT a Data Analyst role. Candidates with experience in B2B contact research, data quality assurance, and business information verification are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct B2B research to identify, verify, and validate business contact information.
• Perform Contact Data Quality Assurance (CDQA) to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of contact databases.
• Verify business details, including company names, job titles, official email addresses, phone numbers, and company websites.
• Research and validate information related to companies, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and correct inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or duplicate contact records.
• Use online research tools, search engines, company websites, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Follow defined research guidelines, quality standards, and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.




• Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while meeting daily targets.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 6+ months of relevant experience in B2B CDQA, B2B Research, Contact Data Validation, or B2B Data Research.
• Practical understanding of B2B contact databases and business information verification.
• Good internet research and information-gathering skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining and validating records.
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies and maintain high data accuracy.
• Good written communication skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Important Candidate Criteria
• Candidates must have prior experience in B2B research, CDQA, or contact data quality assurance.
• This opening is specifically for B2B Research / CDQA, not for a Data Analyst position.
• Candidates whose experience is limited to MIS reporting, Power BI, SQL, dashboard creation, or general data analytics without relevant B2B research experience may not be suitable.
• Freshers without relevant experience are not preferred. Ideal Candidate Profile A candidate who has worked on B2B contact databases, company and decision-maker research, email and phone verification, data cleansing, and quality checks, with at least six months of relevant experience.
