Role Description The Store Manager role at Patanjali Mega Store is a full-time, hybrid position based in Noida, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as reporting and coordination. The Store Manager oversees day-to-day store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring adherence to company policies. This role is accountable for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, handling escalations, and ensuring efficient checkout and service processes. The Store Manager also monitors sales performance, implements promotional activities, and collaborates with management on targets, budgeting, and loss prevention measures. Regular responsibilities include staff scheduling, training,



performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with safety, security, and hygiene standards. Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on resolving issues and enhancing the shopping experience.
• Store Management and retail operations skills, including experience in supervising teams, managing inventory, and overseeing daily store activities.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff, management, and customers, and for preparing clear reports and updates.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage, ensure compliance, and maintain store security.
• Prior experience in retail or FMCG environments, ideally in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Ability to work in office in Noida with flexibility for hybrid work, and to manage shifts, weekends, and peak business hours as needed.
• Solid organizational, problem-solving, and basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office, inventory tools).
• Preferred: Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field, and familiarity with Indian consumer retail markets.
