We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to expand our market presence, develop distribution networks, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales of soya chunks and related FMCG products.
• Build and manage a strong network of distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other channel partners.
• Identify current markets and business opportunities to expand product reach.
• Manage distributor appointments, retailer onboarding, and territory expansion.
• Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Plan and execute market visits, promotional activities, and product visibility initiatives.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports,



and market development plans for management.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery. Requirements
• 3–7 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products.
• Experience in soya chunks, edible food products, packaged foods, or similar FMCG categories will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of distributor and retailer networks.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
• Good negotiation, communication, team management, and analytical skills.
