About the Role
Makoons Play School is looking for an experienced Franchise Acquisition Manager based in Pune to drive franchise acquisition and business expansion across Maharashtra and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new franchise acquisition opportunities.
• Connect with potential franchise partners, investors, and business owners.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospects.
• Manage the complete franchise acquisition cycle from lead generation to conversion.
• Identify potential markets and locations for current Makoons centre expansion.
• Travel for business meetings, market visits, and franchise closures.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners and achieve acquisition targets.




• Coordinate with the Head Office team for franchise onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain regular reports on leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in Franchise Acquisition, Franchise Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or related fields.
• Must be based in Pune, Maharashtra.
• Prior franchise acquisition or franchise sales experience will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales, lead-generation, and conversion abilities.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
