Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Promote continuous improvement by automating reporting processes and adopting Workday enhancements.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize Workday reports




• Configure calculated fields and custom reports
• Manage Workday modules
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions
• Establish and document reporting processes
• Define and monitor KPIs
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders
• Provide insights and recommendations
• Analyze Workday updates
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance
