Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Network Administrator role based in Canada. The Senior Network Administrator will design, implement, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Daily responsibilities include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving connectivity and configuration issues, and managing network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices. The role also involves collaborating with system administrators and application teams, performing regular security reviews, implementing network policies, coordinating backups and failover strategies, and providing escalation-level technical support.



The Senior Network Administrator will document network configurations and procedures, participate in capacity planning, and contribute to improvements that support a secure and scalable investment platform. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Administration and System Administration to manage and optimize complex enterprise environments.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Network Security to configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and other security mechanisms.
• Relevant experience with routing and switching technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS), and hands-on work with enterprise network equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar credentials are highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate across teams, document processes clearly, and respond effectively to high-priority incidents.
• Experience in financial services or fintech environments, with focus on secure, high-availability systems, is an advantage.
