Job Description
Virtual commissioning Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Job Profile:
• Robotics Simulation, OLP, Cycle Time Validation, Line Simulation.
• Simulate production processes to identify and resolve issues early.
• Validate equipment functionality, cycle times, and process logic.
• Develop and maintain virtual models (Digital Twins) of manufacturing systems.
• Perform virtual commissioning of PLC, robot, and automation programs.
• Integrate PLCs, HMIs, robots, conveyors, and other automation systems in simulation environments.
• Conduct offline programming and testing of robots and control systems.
• Support commissioning and startup activities at customer sites.




• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Prepare technical reports, validation documents, and commissioning records.
• Ensure compliance with customer, quality, and safety standards
