Role Description The Financial Controller is a full time, on-site role based at Hyatt Place Jaipur Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. This role oversees the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, timely financial reporting, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing budgets and forecasts, monitoring cash flow, and analyzing financial performance to support business decisions. The Financial Controller will coordinate with departmental leaders to control costs,



optimize revenue, and implement internal controls, while supporting audits and liaising with external partners as needed. The role also involves leading the finance team, enhancing financial processes, and contributing to strategic planning to maintain the hotel’s financial health. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with experience in hotel or hospitality finance preferred.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in financial software and MS Excel, along with familiarity with relevant local accounting standards and regulations.
• Relevant academic qualification such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring finance team members and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
