Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing end-to-end lead generation activities, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients. Daily tasks include conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, presenting Level Up PR’s services, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The position involves close collaboration with account management and strategy teams to align client needs with agency capabilities and ensure smooth onboarding. The Senior Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, provide regular reports,



and contribute to refining sales strategies that support the agency’s growth objectives. Qualifications
• Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Solid understanding of Business growth principles and commercial awareness in B2B services or PR/marketing environments.
• Excellent Communication skills, including confident presentation abilities and effective negotiation and relationship-building.
• Experience in Account Management, with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Previous experience in business development or sales, preferably in PR, marketing, or related qualified services.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
