Role Description The Event Manager internship is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of in office event coordination and work-from-home tasks. Interns will assist in planning event timelines, coordinating with vendors and venues, and managing client communication. Daily responsibilities include preparing event proposals, supporting budget tracking, organizing logistics such as décor, catering, and technical arrangements, and helping supervise event setup and execution. The role also involves maintaining documentation, updating schedules, and contributing ideas to enhance event experiences.



This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end event management lifecycle in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple event tasks, with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge or interest in event operations, logistics, and on-site coordination.
• Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, scheduling tools) for planning and reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and willingness to work flexible hours during events.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup (on-site in Hyderabad and remote).
• Previous exposure to events, hospitality, or related activities (academic projects, volunteering, or part-time work) is an advantage.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
