Noida (Sector 132) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and Finance Executive with 0-1 year of experience in finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial accounting, accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, MIS reporting, GST/TDS compliance, and financial documentation. Working knowledge of SAP (FI Module) and Tally is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day financial accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Process vendor Invoices, customer Invoices, payments, and receipts
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and MIS
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Monitor cash flow and expense tracking
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (where applicable)
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Work on SAP (FI Module) for financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliations
• Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks,



and vendors for finance-related activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Required Skills
• 0-1 year of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
• Working knowledge of SAP (FI Module)
• Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is preferred
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, MIS reporting) and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Educational Qualification

Com), Finance, or a related field
• M.
Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage
• Experience in financial reporting and MIS preparation
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with ERP systems and internal financial controls
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
