We help enterprises across BFSI, lending, insurance, trading, and other industries simplify onboarding through secure, reliable, and scalable technology. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Tender Executive to support our growing government and enterprise business by managing tender documentation, bid preparation, and online submissions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and shortlist relevant government and private-sector tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and submission requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical bids, commercial proposals, compliance sheets, and supporting documents.
• Handle tender filling and online submissions through government e-tendering portals.
• Work with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, Technical, and Legal, to collect the required information and documentation.
• Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, pre-bid queries, submission status, and results.
• Maintain organized records of tender documents, submitted bids, and supporting files.
• Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete,



and compliant with tender requirements.
• Support the team in monitoring opportunities on GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement platforms. Requirements & Qualifications
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in tender management, bid coordination, or tender documentation.
• Basic working knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals is preferred.
• Understanding of RFPs, RFQs, EMD, eligibility criteria, and bid documentation.
• Basic skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and coordinate with multiple teams. Preferred: Exposure to IT, SaaS, FinTech, BFSI, or technology-related tenders. Why Join Surepass Technologies?
