Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Rajkot. The Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with retail partners, present product ranges, and negotiate orders to meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities include visiting and following up with retailers, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company’s presence across Gujarat and key markets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on inventory, pricing, and delivery schedules,



as well as collecting market feedback to support brand and product development. The Sales Representative will prepare regular sales reports, participate in promotional activities, and represent the company professionally in all partner interactions. Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets in a distribution or FMCG environment.
• Relationship-building and communication skills to manage retailer accounts and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Basic understanding of market development, merchandising, and retail operations; experience in toys, games, or consumer products is an advantage.
• Organizational and time-management skills to plan store visits, track leads, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Comfort with using smartphones, basic office software, and sales reporting tools for daily work and communication.
• Ability to work in office in Rajkot and travel regularly within Gujarat and nearby regions as required.
• Prior experience in field sales or distribution is preferred; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach and willingness to learn about new products and markets.
