About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to drive end-to-end IT recruitment while managing key HR generalist responsibilities across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role for an HR professional who enjoys identifying great talent,



partnering with hiring managers, supporting employees, coordinating engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. You will play an important role in building strong talent pipelines, creating a positive employee experience, and supporting the people and workplace practices that enable our business to grow.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, including requirement understanding, sourcing, resume screening, initial HR interviews, interview coordination, and offer closure.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other relevant recruitment channels to build strong talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, track feedback, and ensure timely candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage compensation discussions, notice-period negotiations, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and talent pipelines, and deliver against agreed hiring targets.
• Manage HR generalist activities across the employee lifecycle, including employee queries, grievances, HR requests, onboarding, and separation formalities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, workplace culture, and effective communication between employees and management.




• Coordinate day-to-day HR and workplace administration, including vendor coordination, facilities, procurement, and employee requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support the smooth execution of HR processes and administrative activities. Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities, with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end IT/technical recruitment.
• Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and employee engagement.
• Experience sourcing and hiring candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and web applications.
• Experience with Zoho Recruit is an added advantage.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
