Purpose of the Role Contribute actively on an ongoing basis to effect appropriate employee relations activities in order to ensure harmonious employee relations and provide a positive work environment. Ensure employee assimilation and new-hire compliance, employee communication, handle emergencies, and partner with other departments in HR within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Areas of Responsibility Employee Relations
• Contribute actively on an ongoing basis to effect appropriate employee relations activities in order to ensure harmonious employee relations and increase engagement.
• Provide support to line managers/BPHR in investigating and resolving employee relations issues at the location in order to facilitate agreements, settle conflicts, and minimize disputes.
• Deploy employee engagement programs in order to make Infosys a great place to work. Organization Culture and Values
• Spread awareness of company culture and values through CLife sessions and awareness weeks to ensure that employees are aligned with the overall organizational objectives in terms of culture and values, and that these are deployed seamlessly and effectively. Employee Support & Services




• Handle employee-management concerns along with the ER Manager in order to enable a quick response to employee issues at the location. Positive Work Workplace
• Create awareness among employees of the company's anti-harassment initiative and investigate assigned cases in order to provide employees with a positive work atmosphere. Employee Communication
• Work closely with employee groups, collect feedback through various communication programs, and share feedback with the manager in order to proactively change policies based on feedback. Emergency Response
• Respond in a timely manner, along with partner teams, to emergency-response matters related to human resources in order to anchor the HR aspects of employee emergency handling. Employee Assimilation & New-Hire Compliance
• Run the induction process efficiently to ensure effective assimilation of new hires and their rapid enablement into the business.
• Assist in the investigation of any background-screening deviation in order to enhance personnel security through background verifications. HR Partnership
• Liaise with employee support groups and vendor groups to ensure quality and timely services to employees and the required service levels from support groups.
