We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PreSales Solutions Consultant to join our PreSales team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SaaS solutions, a deep, hands-on understanding of AI and its application in enterprise business processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a PreSales Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical and AI expertise, demonstrating our AI-powered solutions, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that use AI, AI agents and automation to address their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value and capabilities of Zycus solutions, with a strong focus on Zycus’s AI capabilities, including Merlin AI agents and GenAI use cases.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear business outcomes, ROI and productivity gains for business and C-level audiences.
• Confidently address client questions on AI accuracy, data privacy, security, governance and responsible AI.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including responses to RFPs, RFIs and technical inquiries, AI-specific sections included.
• Work closely with the product management and development teams to stay updated on the latest product features, enhancements and AI roadmap.
• Stay current on developments in AI and GenAI and on competitors’ AI offerings, and build a working understanding of the procurement industry, market trends and the competitive landscape.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, procurement professionals and IT teams.
• Assist in creating sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers and AI use-case demos.
• Participate in industry events, conferences and webinars to promote Zycus solutions and generate leads. Skills & Experience Required:
• 2–8 years of experience in a PreSales or Solutions Consulting role, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
• Strong working knowledge of AI, including GenAI, LLMs, AI agents and agentic workflows, prompt engineering and RAG, and how they apply to enterprise business processes.
• Hands-on, regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini, with the ability to build and demonstrate practical AI use cases.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting sales efforts and closing deals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Good to Have:




• Understanding of procurement processes and best practices, such as Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain or Finance.
• Experience with procurement or ERP platforms such as Zycus, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP, Jaggaer or Oracle.
• AI certifications or coursework, such as AWS, Azure or Google AI certifications, or GenAI/ML courses.
