Role Description The Admission Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end admission processes for partnering MBA colleges and universities. This role involves managing student counselling sessions, understanding individual profiles, and recommending suitable institutes and courses aligned with aspirations and long-term goals. The Admission Manager will coordinate with B-School partners, handle inquiries, follow up with prospective students, and ensure timely application processing and documentation. Daily activities include maintaining accurate admission records, tracking conversion metrics,



supporting GD/PI preparation logistics, and collaborating with the counselling and marketing teams on student outreach campaigns. The role also requires building strong relationships with students and institutional stakeholders, providing clear information, and ensuring a smooth, transparent admission experience. Qualifications
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to conduct counselling sessions and interact with students and institutional partners.
• Experience in admissions, counselling, education consulting, or student services, preferably in management or higher education domains.
• Ability to manage multiple admission cycles, track leads and conversions, and maintain organized documentation and reports.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM or student management systems, and online communication tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, stakeholder management capabilities, and a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in Management, Education, or related field is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a target-driven workplace and collaborating with counselling, marketing, and operations teams on-site in Noida.
• Prior experience in MBA admissions, test prep, or B-School liaison roles will be considered a strong plus.
