Bangalore (Onsite) Employment Type: Full Time Summary: Responsible for providing technical support, application maintenance, and enhancement development for supply chain applications. The role focuses on production incident resolution, ticket analysis, root-cause investigation, application performance optimization, and cloud health monitoring. Utilize Java 17, Angular 20, Splunk, ServiceNow, and Jira to troubleshoot application issues, manage incidents, implement enhancements, and improve system stability, scalability, and performance. Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide production support and maintenance for supply chain applications, ensuring availability and business continuity.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancements using ServiceNow and Jira, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and prevent recurring incidents.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java 17 and frontend components using Angular 20.
• Analyze application logs using Splunk to identify errors, exceptions, and performance issues.
• Investigate JVM memory utilization, Out-of-Memory (OOM) errors, garbage collection, and memory leaks.
• Perform cloud health checks and monitor application availability, resource utilization, and system performance.




• Optimize application performance, improve code quality, and implement defect fixes and enhancements.
• Conduct impact analysis, unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Support application upgrades, deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, architects, and functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Identify automation opportunities and participate in code reviews, change management, and release planning. Technical Skills
