Job SummaryThe Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing day-to-day accounting transactions, assisting with GST and TDS compliance, and supporting the Finance & Accounts Department in the smooth operation of accounting activities. 2. Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesA. Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
• Perform voucher entries, journal entries, and ledger postings.
• Maintain purchase, sales, cash, and bank records.
• Ensure proper documentation of all accounting transactions. B. Invoice and Vendor Management
• Verify vendor and supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Process purchase bills and maintain vendor accounts.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and customer dues. C. Banking and Reconciliation
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Record bank receipts, payments, and other transactions.
• Assist in monitoring cash flow and payment schedules. D. GST and TDS Compliance
• Assist in GST invoice verification and documentation.
• Support GST return preparation and reconciliation.
• Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and related records.
• Maintain tax-related documents and support statutory compliance. E. Financial Reporting
• Assist in preparing trial balances and basic financial statements.
• Prepare outstanding payment reports and expense summaries.




• Maintain financial data using MS Excel.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities. F. Documentation and Coordination
• Maintain organized financial files and records.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, stores, and other departments.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned work. 3. Educational Qualifications

Com, MBA (Finance), or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting documentation. 4. Required Skills
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally Prime, ERP, or SAP.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Understanding of debit-credit principles, ledgers, and journal entries.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Valuable communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines. 5. Preferred Experience
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with GST and TDS procedures.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based organizations is an advantage. 6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries.
• Timely processing and verification of invoices.
• Accuracy of bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Timely maintenance of financial records.
• Compliance with internal accounting procedures and statutory deadlines. 7. Expected OutcomeThe Accounts Executive should ensure accurate bookkeeping, proper financial documentation, timely invoice processing, effective reconciliation, and reliable support for the organization's financial reporting and compliance activities.
