• Proven functional and security administration background in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Demonstrated hands-on track record leading SOX 404 ITGC implementations, testing, and audit defense in Oracle Fusion environments.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion role hierarchies, duty allocations, and resolving Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.
• Change management control design and operational evidence collection.
• Zero ramp-up: The candidate must be completely self-directed and delivery-ready on Day 1 without requiring technical training or onboarding.
