The Aptitude Trainer will design and deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and verbal ability, using clear examples and practice exercises. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and reviewing practice questions, conducting mock tests, and tracking student performance. The trainer will provide constructive feedback, clarify doubts, and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles. The role also involves coordinating with the academic team, maintaining training records,



and contributing to continuous improvement of training materials and methods. Qualifications
• Robust command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and verbal ability, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and step-by-step.
• Proficiency in classroom teaching, lesson planning, and assessment design, including creation of practice questions and mock tests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and manage classroom dynamics professionally.
• Ability to analyze student performance data, identify learning gaps, and adjust teaching strategies to improve outcomes.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (presentation software, spreadsheets, online resources) to support teaching and content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in mathematics, engineering, commerce, or education is an advantage.
• Prior experience as an aptitude trainer, competitive exam coach, or placement trainer is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work on-site in Tiruppur with a consistent full-time schedule.
