Role Description: The Operations Manager role at Terra Food Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day kitchen and store operations, ensuring consistent food quality, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. This role manages staffing schedules, supervises teams, and coordinates with supply chain partners to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste. The Operations Manager will monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and support the rollout of new brands and menu items across outlets in Gujarat. The role also involves resolving operational issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams,



and maintaining strong focus on customer satisfaction and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:
• Operational management skills, including team supervision, shift planning, and workflow optimisation in F&B; or retail environments.
• Experience with inventory management, vendor coordination, and basic supply chain practices for food or consumer goods.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements relevant to kitchen and store operations.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data or KPIs to drive operational improvements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff, collaborating with internal teams, and handling customer concerns.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, Excel or other operational tools; familiarity with online food ordering platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field; relevant experience in cloud kitchens or QSR is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of outcomes in a growing organisation.
