Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Malappuram. The Sales Officer will engage with prospective and existing customers, presenting project offerings, explaining features and benefits, and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include generating leads through various channels, following up on inquiries, scheduling and conducting site visits, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses, managing channel partners as needed,



and contributing to sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets. The Sales Officer is expected to uphold the company’s commitment to service quality, build long-term relationships, and represent the brand with professionalism. Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations within real estate or related sectors.
• Exposure to Channel Sales and partnership management is preferred.
• Ability to work towards sales targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals in a competitive market.
• Good knowledge of local real estate market trends in Malappuram and surrounding regions.
• Comfort with basic CRM tools or sales tracking systems and maintaining organized documentation.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and local languages, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse customers.
• Willingness to work on-site, including evenings or weekends as required by customer visits and sales events.
