Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager will manage the company’s presence across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. This full-time, on-site role based in Surat involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and curating content, and optimizing posts for reach and performance. The role includes monitoring trends, analyzing campaign metrics, and preparing regular performance reports to inform strategic decisions. The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate with consulting and training teams to promote services, events, and programs,

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including hands-on experience with major platforms and campaign management tools.

• Skills in Digital Marketing, including basic knowledge of analytics, paid campaigns, and integration with broader marketing initiatives.
