Minimum 5 Years ? Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR

Key Responsibilities
▪️ Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding. ▪️ Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidate interviews. ▪️ Handle HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMS. ▪️ Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance. ▪️ Drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR policy implementation.



▪️ Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and hiring requirements.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations. ✅ Strong knowledge of HRMS, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and MS Excel. ✅ Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed. ✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. ✅ Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures. ?
