Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, focused on Distibution operations within the sports and badminton product category. The role includes managing inventory and stock levels for fast-moving badminton products, coordinating with suppliers and distributors, and ensuring timely replenishment of goods. The team member will support sales operations, monitor product performance,



and assist in merchandising and in-store displays to maximize product visibility. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with the e-commerce and retail teams to align promotions, and providing customer-focused support to enhance the overall shopping experience. Qualifications
• Experience in retail/wholsale or FMCG sales, merchandising, and in-store product presentation.
• Ability to analyze product performance data, track sales trends, and support demand forecasting.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic ERP or inventory management software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in sports retail or consumer goods is an advantage.
