Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role at Chingari Media™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. In this role, the Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and editing web content, coordinating marketing activities, and monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools. The Executive will collaborate with designers, content creators, and client service teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.



The role also involves analyzing data, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to achieve marketing objectives. Qualifications
• Robust foundation in Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal teams and client interactions.
• Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and platform management.
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
• Practical knowledge of Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO, basic design tools, and paid advertising platforms (such as Meta Ads or Google Ads) is an advantage.
