Job Title: Veeva RIM Implementation Specialist (Mandatory SCP Experience)

Remote (Pan India) Position Type: Long-Term Contract Industry: Life Sciences / Pharmaceuticals Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Veeva RIM Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementation and configuration workstreams for enterprise pharmaceutical clients. The ideal candidate must possess deep functional and technical expertise across the Veeva Vault RIM suite (Submissions, Registrations, Publishing, Archive), with hands-on mastery of Submission Content Plans (SCPs).

Key Responsibilities
Solution Implementation: Lead configuration, system design, prototyping, and end-to-end deployment of Veeva Vault RIM applications. SCP Configuration and Strategy: Architect, configure, and optimize Submission Content Plans (SCPs), including content plan templates, section structures, constraint rules, document matching, and continuous publishing integration. Business Analysis and Workshops: Lead requirements gathering workshops with cross-functional Regulatory Affairs and IT teams to map business processes into Veeva Vault.



Data and Lifecycle Management: Manage object relationships, lifecycles, workflows, security profiles, and global reference data within Veeva RIM. Validation and Compliance: Draft and review configuration specification documents, test scripts, and execution reports in compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 standards. Mandatory Requirements Veeva RIM Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on technical configuration and implementation experience with Veeva Vault RIM. Submission Content Plans (SCP): Robust, demonstrable experience building and managing SCPs within Veeva Vault Submissions. Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Global Regulatory Operations, eCTD structures, dossier management, and health authority submission lifecycles. GxP and Computer Systems Validation: Experience working within validated software development lifecycles (SDLC/CSV).
