Role Description The QA/DILR Mentor role at IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. is an on-site position based in Faridabad. The mentor will guide learners in the Quantitative Ability (QA) and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) domains, including explaining concepts, solving problems step-by-step, and clarifying doubts in classroom and small-group settings. Responsibilities include designing and reviewing practice questions, assignments, and mock tests; monitoring learner performance; and providing constructive feedback to help improve accuracy, speed, and exam strategy. The role also involves collaborating with academic teams to maintain content quality, aligning teaching methods with exam patterns,



and participating in periodic training or review sessions. The mentor is expected to maintain high standards of classroom discipline, ensure a supportive learning setting, and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall coaching program. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning, with the ability to teach exam-oriented concepts clearly and effectively.
• Skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure teaching materials, tests, and classroom delivery meet established academic standards.
• Experience or understanding of Quality Management principles to help maintain consistency in course content, evaluation methods, and learner outcomes.
• Exposure to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or analogous quality frameworks, and Quality Auditing concepts that support systematic review and improvement of academic processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt teaching style to varying proficiency levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in exam-relevant mathematics, reasoning, and data interpretation.
• Previous mentoring, teaching, or coaching experience for competitive exams (CAT, other MBA entrance tests, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or related field).
