About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist who understands how digital marketing translates into business growth. The role involves managing performance marketing campaigns, improving Google search visibility through SEO, exploring emerging AI-powered search and discovery models, and generating measurable business growth across global markets. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys experimenting with digital channels, using AI tools, and taking ownership of outcomes. The role offers a fixed monthly stipend along with a transparent, performance-linked incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, monitor and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
- SEO & Google Visibility: Improve website rankings, keyword positioning, organic traffic and search performance.
- AI & LLM-Based Discovery: Understand and explore how businesses can improve their visibility across AI-powered search platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs), including emerging Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) practices.
- Global Business Growth: Identify digital opportunities, audiences and channels to expand the business internationally.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop campaigns that generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Analytics & Optimisation: Track campaign performance,



analyse data, test new approaches and recommend improvements.
- AI-Powered Marketing: Use AI tools to improve campaign planning, content creation, research, analysis and execution. Who Should Apply?
- Candidates with at least one year of hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, keyword research and website analytics.
- An understanding of how search engines and AI-powered platforms influence online visibility and customer discovery.
- Comfortable working with numbers, campaign metrics, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to experiment with emerging marketing technologies.
- Self-driven, accountable and focused on measurable results. Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed stipend of ₹5,000 per month.
- Performance incentives of up to ₹20,000 per month, based on clearly defined and measurable business outcomes.
- A transparent incentive calculation framework will be shared upfront.
- Strong performers will have the opportunity to grow their earnings in line with their contribution to business growth. Work Arrangement

- Preference for candidates based in Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula.
- Minimum three dedicated hours per day, with a mutually agreed fixed working window.
- Candidates must be able to commit consistently and take ownership of their deliverables.
