As we expand our project portfolio, we are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support hiring, HR operations, and people processes.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringEnd-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles(Solar, Wind, O&M;, Projects, Corporate roles)Screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidatesMaintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databasesWorking closely with project and department heads on hiring needsHR OperationsEmployee onboarding and documentationMaintaining employee records and HR filesAssisting with attendance, leave tracking,
