Report Hub supports global financial institutions in meeting complex regulatory obligations, processing large volumes of critical data with precision and reliability.About the RoleAs the Quality Assurance Lead, you will lead quality engineering across multiple delivery squads, driving testing strategy, automation, quality governance and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Infrastructure teams to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable and high-performing solutions.What You'll DoDefine and execute the Quality Engineering strategy for Report Hub.Lead test automation initiatives and enhance testing frameworks.Oversee functional, integration, API, data and non-functional testing.Ensure quality practices are embedded within Agile and CI/CD delivery processes.Mentor and develop QA engineers while fostering a culture of engineering excellence.Partner with senior stakeholders to manage quality risks and drive delivery outcomes.Requirements: What We're Looking ForProven background of leading QA or Quality Engineering teams within complex enterprise environments with 10-15 years of minimum experience. Strong expertise in test automation, Agile delivery and DevOps practices.Experience testing APIs, distributed systems and data-intensive applications.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to balance delivery speed, quality, regulatory compliance and operational risk.Technical SkillsExperience with several of the following technologies is highly desirable:Azure DevOps, Jira,
