Salesforce Business Systems Analyst - Contractor

Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Business Systems Analyst. This role combines business analysis,Salesforce administration, solution design, project coordination, productiontroubleshooting, testing, release support, and ongoing enhancements related tosales and marketing processes.

The Salesforce Business Systems Analystserves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams,supporting Lead-to-Opportunity processes and collaborating closely with ProductManagement, RevOps, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

●Translate business requirementsinto clear Salesforce solutions and implementation plans.

●Enhance Salesforce functionalityusing flows and other declarative capabilities of the Salesforce platform usingSalesforce best practices.

●Monitor Salesforce platformperformance and errors

●Serve as the Tier 1 Supportresource to review and triage user reported issues.

●Perform Unit Testing / Functionaltesting and support business stakeholders with UAT.

●Perform data fixes and bulk recordupdates.

●Investigate, perform root-causeanalysis, and resolve Salesforce production issues involving automation,validation rules, Flows, Apex, permissions, integrations, and datasynchronization.

●Analyze existing businessprocesses, Salesforce configurations, Flows, and Apex code to understand systembehavior and identify required changes.

●Analyze integrations and datasynchronization issues involving Salesforce and external systems.





●Participate in solution designdiscussions and evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes.

●Identify process gaps,dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

●Create / maintain process andsolution documentation

Required Skills and Experience

●3-5 years of experience as aSalesforce Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or a similarrole.

●Strong Salesforce administrationand configuration experience.

●Strong understanding of SalesforceFlows, automation, permissions, validation rules, and data management.

●Experience gathering, analyzing,and documenting business and system requirements.

●Ability to translate businessneeds into scalable Salesforce solutions.

●Experience troubleshooting complexSalesforce processes and production issues.

●Experience supportingLead-to-Opportunity and sales and marketing processes, including Lead andContact routing, deduping, merging etc.

●Ability to read and analyze Apexcode strongly preferred.

●Experience with data management,testing, User Acceptance Testing, and release support.

●Robust documentation,communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

●Ability to coordinate work acrossbusiness and technical teams and operate independently.

Systems/Tools Experience:

Required:
Salesforce (especially Sales Cloud), Salesforce Data Loader, SalesforceWorkbench, Salesforce Flow Builder

Preferred:
LeanData,Marketo,Snowflake,Copado, Jira,ServiceNow

Salesforce Certifications:
Required:
