This includes support for a multi-vendor Load Balancer environment that provides services to internal and external clients. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities You will work within a global "follow-the-sun" operations model responsible for the technologies in respective regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Supporting a high number of devices and application flows in an enterprise environment, delivering cloud-like experiences for development environments.Using advanced network tools to troubleshoot:Network connectivity issuesFault analysisFailure avoidanceDiagnosis and resolution of functionality-impacting issues in distributed systems environmentsWorking with an in-house application management system designed to simplify deployment and management of application delivery components.Managing services over the network through a GUI-based console.Addressing L2 escalations.Process improvement, automation, and scripting.Writing technical documentation.Collaborating with global SMEs using tools such as:JiveTwikiSharePoint
