Job summary:The role involves close collaboration withcross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality forprecision components. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, andmaintain quality control systems that meet customer requirements and industrystandards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100. This position requires a hands-onapproach to problem-solving, driving continuous improvement initiatives, andfostering a strong culture of quality across all departments.RequirementsKeyResponsibilities1.Implementand Manage Quality SystemsØDevelop,document, and maintain quality plans, procedures, and work instructions incompliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.2.Inspection& MetrologyØConductstage, in-process, and final inspections using metrology instruments such as 2Dheight gauge, VMM, air gauge, bore gauge, and surface roughness testers.ØInterpretengineering drawings, GD&T;, and specifications; identify non-conformancesand collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.3. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective ActionsØLeadRCA for internal rejections, customer complaints, and supplier issues.ØImplementcorrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using structured methodologies such as8D, 5-Why,



or Fishbone analysis.4.ProductionSupport & Quality ControlØSupportproduction teams in verifying patterns, specifications, and constructiondetails.ØMakefinal quality decisions, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatorystandards.5.ContinuousImprovementØDriveinitiatives to reduce rejections, improve inspection efficiency, and enhanceoverall productivity.ØSuggestand implement process improvements across functions.6.SupplierQuality ManagementØCollaboratewith suppliers to ensure incoming material quality, conduct supplier audits,and maintain supplier scorecards.ØManagesupplier non-conformance and initiate improvement actions.7.Documentation& ReportingØPrepareand maintain First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), PPAP, control plans, andfinal inspection reports.ØMaintaincomprehensive inspection records and ensure audit-ready documentation.8.InternalAudits & ComplianceØInvolvementin internal audits, document findings, and drive closure of non-conformities.ØEnsurecompany-wide adherence to AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.9.Calibration& Maintenance of InstrumentsØEnsurecalibration and upkeep of all quality control instruments to maintainmeasurement accuracy and reliability.10.PerformanceMonitoring & ReportingØTrackweekly/monthly quality metrics, analyse trends, and present reports tomanagement.ØRecommendactions to improve customer quality ratings and reduce rejections.11.AuditCoordinationØSupportand coordinate customer or third-party audits, ensuring readiness andcompliance.12.Training& Team DevelopmentØIdentifytraining needs,

Tech inMechanical/ Automobile/ Industrial Production Engineering.·Experience: 1–3 years in Quality Control and Assurance, preferablywithin Aerospace or Automotive industries.·TechnicalExpertise:*Strongunderstanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).*Proficiencyin interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.*Knowledge ofCMM operation and programming (PC-DMIS) is an added advantage.*Familiaritywith quality tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA(Measurement System Analysis).·Standards& Compliance: Exposure to ISO 9001 and AS9100standards; prior audit experience is an advantage.PreferredCertifications( Added Advantage):ØQuality Management Certifications: Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), CertifiedQuality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)ØProcessImprovement Certifications: Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) and/orLean Manufacturing/ Kaizen
