Responsibilities:
• Inspect incoming raw materials and verify quality as per specifications.
• Perform in-process quality inspections during manufacturing.
• Conduct final product inspection before dispatch.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Inspect casting and fabricated components for defects, dimensions, and surface finish.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other inspection tools.
• Support rejection analysis, root cause analysis,



and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Required

Qualifications:
• Diploma / BE / B.
Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control in the Pump, Casting, or Fabrication Industry.
• Hands-on experience in incoming raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product quality control.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensional inspection, and quality documentation.
• Valuable observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Candidates with relevant experience in pump manufacturing, casting, or fabrication companies will be preferred.
• Must have practical knowledge of quality inspection instruments and manufacturing processes.
• Should be able to coordinate effectively with production and other departments.

Salary:
₹25,000–₹30,000 Gross per Month, depending on experience and skills.
