Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities in mining, material handling, and steel segments, manage existing client accounts, and maintain regular customer communication. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up on inquiries to close sales. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, gathering market and competitor information, preparing sales reports, and contributing to pricing and promotional strategies.



The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, provide basic product training to customers as needed, and ensure prompt customer service and issue resolution. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to explain product features and usage to customers or internal team members.
• Candidates should have positive negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should have familiarity with industrial products or B2B sales; experience in mining, material handling, or steel sectors is an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable with on-site client visits in and around Ranchi and basic use of MS Office or similar tools.
• Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
