Role: Middleware Production Support Lead

Skills:
• Must have experience installing, configuring and administering Middleware(Weblogic 11g/12c, WebSphere & Tomcat) Servers. Should have excellent skills in WLST.
• Candidate must have expertise at clustering, application deployments and providing support to users in a rapid paced, high availability, low latency environment.
• Experience in Garbage collection / JVM tuning, memory management.
• Expertise in system analysis, application server configuration, and administration.
• Drive resolution of Major Incidents (P1/P2) by coordinating with Application, Database, Middleware, and Vendor teams as necessary for timely recovery minimizing business impact.
• Manage business and executive stakeholder communications with clear, concise, and timely updates.
• Closely track SLAs for nightwork job streams, file deliverables, data replication lags, critical business processes and identify operational risks and mange these incidents with proactive business notifications
• Lead incident bridges,



escalation management, RCA reviews, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and operational governance.
• 24 X 7 oncall production support of multiple middleware instances to include tuning and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Investment Operations, or Capital Markets business processes.
• Proven experience in Incident Management and Production Support environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams during high-pressure situations.
