Role OverviewWe are looking for a Solutions Architect who can bridge business requirements and technical execution. You will work closely with clients, founders, business development, product, and engineering teams to understand complex business challenges and translate them into scalable, secure, AI-powered technology solutions. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable discussing business problems with a CTO/CIO and diving deep into architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data systems, AI/ML, integrations, and software engineering. This is a client-facing and hands-on architecture role with significant ownership across the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
• Design end-to-end technology architectures for complex software and AI initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and technically feasible solutions.
• Define application, system, data, AI/ML, cloud, integration, and infrastructure architecture.
• Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, platforms, APIs, and third-party services.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate scalability, security, performance, reliability, maintainability, and cost.
• Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. AI & Intelligent Systems
• Design solutions involving Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, conversational AI, NLP, machine learning, and AI automation.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes, products, and customer experiences.
• Architect AI-powered applications and intelligent automation workflows.
• Evaluate LLMs, AI models, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and AI infrastructure.
• Design solutions for integrating AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications. Cloud & Infrastructure
• Design cloud-native solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Define infrastructure architecture, deployment strategies, networking, security, scalability, and observability.
• Work with DevOps engineers to establish CI/CD and infrastructure automation requirements.
• Evaluate cloud architecture based on performance, security, scalability, and cost optimization. Data & Integration
• Design data architectures involving relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses, data lakes,



and analytics platforms.
• Define API, microservices, event-driven, and third-party integration architectures.
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, payment systems, CRMs, ERPs, and other business applications.
• Ensure data quality, security, governance, and accessibility. Client & Pre-Sales
• Participate in discovery calls, technical discussions, workshops, and solutioning sessions with prospective clients.
• Understand client business objectives, pain points, existing technology environments, and technical constraints.
• Lead technical discovery and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Create technical proposals, solution approaches, architecture presentations, and statements of work.
• Support the Business Development team during RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations, demos, and client negotiations.
• Present complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients. Engineering Leadership
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of proposed architectures.
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance throughout projects.
• Review technical designs and identify architectural improvements.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and reusable solution patterns.
• Mentor developers, technical leads, and engineers on architecture and technology decisions.
