Role Description The Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The engineer will design, plan, and implement HVAC systems for new and existing buildings, including load calculations, equipment selection, and layout preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing CAD drawings, coordinating with project managers and contractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and codes. The role also involves diagnosing system issues, performing or overseeing maintenance and repair activities, optimizing energy efficiency,



and documenting work performed. The engineer will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality HVAC solutions. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in HVAC Engineering and HVAC principles, with experience in system design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC Design, including load calculations, equipment selection, and layout planning.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and reviewing HVAC drawings and schematics.
• Practical skills in HVAC Maintenance & Repair, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings, prepare reports, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and within a team on-site.
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC projects in an urban workplace is an advantage.
