Poman, Vasai East, Maharashtra PCG Food Manufacturing is looking for a hands-on and reliable manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our food manufacturing facility in Vasai East. The role combines production management, factory operations, warehouse and inventory control, technical coordination and operational documentation. Main Responsibilities

• Coordination of day-to-day factory operations Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in food manufacturing
• Practical experience in production and factory operations
• Knowledge of FSSAI-compliant manufacturing
• Experience with warehouse and inventory management
• Understanding of FIFO / FEFO, batch records and traceability
• Technical understanding of production machinery
• Ability to work independently and solve operational problems
• Experience managing and training factory staff
• Good computer skills, including Excel / Google Sheets and inventory or ERP systems
• Structured,
