Job Summary We are looking for a proactive, target-driven Business Development Executive to generate business opportunities, manage customer inquiries, build strong client relationships, and drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through various channels. Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and lead management. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties. Coordinate and conduct property visits for prospective customers. Negotiate with clients,



convert leads, and close sales. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Required Skills & Qualifications 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently. Experience in co-living, real estate, hospitality, or rental sales will be an added advantage.
