We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help build something extraordinary from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely service.
* Develop creative menus featuring Continental, Italian, and Pan-Asian cuisines, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and signature dishes.
* Standardise recipes, portion sizes, food presentation, and preparation techniques.
* Establish kitchen SOPs, food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and inventory controls.
* Manage food costing, portion control, wastage reduction, and overall kitchen profitability.
* Recruit, train, mentor, and lead the culinary team while fostering a culture of discipline and creativity.




* Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure ingredient quality and cost efficiency.
* Conduct menu trials, develop new recipes, and continuously improve the guest dining experience. What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a premium café, restaurant, or contemporary dining establishment.
* Strong expertise in at least one major cuisine, with a willingness to explore global culinary techniques.
* Excellent leadership, menu development, food costing, and kitchen management skills.
* A hands-on approach to building systems, training teams, and maintaining high standards.
